Delivery
We offer FREE delivery for all our items within the UK.
Please note that most international orders are FREE of charge subject to location. If you are unsure about our delivery to your location, please contact us first.
Our items are shipped via FedEx, Yodel, DHL, Parcel Force, DPD, UPS or DX Tracked. Our deliveries generally take 3-7 working days.
Orders placed after 3 pm will be sent on next working day unless instructed.
Items may be available to collect but please contact us before to discuss this.
All items will be dispatched within 24 / 72 hours of purchase. Please note that orders will not be dispatched over the weekend.
If the delivery is not signed for and no one is able to receive your delivery then our courier will put a card through your door allowing you to re-book a delivery with the courier or allow you to pick up the order from the depot.
The delivery will be returned to us if the courier unsuccessfully attempts to deliver the order to you on 3 occasions.
Bargains.On.Us LTD reserves the right to charge a further shipping cost if the customer would like the order to be re-sent after it has been returned to us following three failed deliveries.
Warranty
The warranty period for our products is as follows. If the customer finds non-human damage within the warranty period, we will send the replacement parts free of charge.
We allow 30 day return hassle free exchange if any non-human faults are found. Most products offer 1 year warranty with manufacturer, please contact us for further information.
After warranty period, the customer has to pay replacement parts and shipping fees. The products which we sell are new high quality factory products, all parts are the same as the original parts.
Returns & Refunds
If you are unhappy with your purchase, contact us within 15 days from the receipt of the item and we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 15 days will not be honoured. Please make sure to use our chat system to contact us.
Return & Exchange Conditions
- Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
- Items must be returned within 15 days after you receive them.
- All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- When returning or exchanging items, customers must use shipping method provided by our company.
- Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- If you refuse to accept the package at the time of delivery, we will deduct the actual shipping cost to you when we refund.
Non-returnable items:
- Used items non-refundable.
- Damage/Lost caused by customers is non-refundable.
General Return Process
- Initiate a return: Please use the chat feature or email us at 'customerservice@bargainsonus.co.uk' with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will process your return request within 3 business days.
- Ship the item back: Please package the item correctly as received and our courier will collect the item. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). We recommend that you contact first before any returning any products. We will not be responsible for lost return/exchange.
- Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 3-5 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.
Return Charge
- If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, damaged item, technical problems of products), we will provide a replacement upon return.
- If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer is responsible for shipping and return costs.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 2-3 working days.
- If during the inspection will be found damages caused by the customer, then a charge will be applied correspondingly.
- If you haven’t received the refund within 2-3 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please use our chat feature to contact us immediately.
Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us within 24 hours of time at purchase. If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
- Orders can’t be cancelled once the parcel is shipped out.
